Mic Mills, originally established with the now infamous "Untzz 12 Inch" and "Big Doint" labels, brings us an EP that is as versatile as the title suggests. Take a plunge with us through dubs, drums, synths and acid lines. Joined by long time amigo "Furious Frank" on the A1, Variety Boy then ebbs and flows from start to finish with low end subs, catchy hi's, addictive percussion and lots of "love" to keep you dancing until the cows come home.

Brooklyn’s finest FaltyDL debuts on Studio Barnhus with two slices of lovestruck rave classicism. Flechazo steadily builds a shifty groove before eur(o)pting into lavish synth themes, New Lover gets straight to the point with razor-cut breakbeats and showstopping sub-bass. Haven is kicking off 2020 with a boom with a new EP of politically pessimistic dance-floor-ready weapons from label boss Keepsakes. Following on from his exploration of chunky slow rippers on 2019's "Modern Anxious Vernacular", this next edition in the Haven mastermind's discography puts greater emphasis on rhythmic groove for the dancers among us.

His kicks are relentless, his atmospheres are dark and his approach seems to have some sort of strange, organic feel to it. The EP consists of musical renditions of what would happen if you would visit an old machine factory and install a state of the art artificial intelligence onto the rusty mainframes running the place. Oh... and it would be haunted by a bunch of mythical creatures as well... for absurdism's sake.
