The silence is over! GummiHz is back on the release front! A dedicated frequency explorer, GummiHz follows a phylosophy that making music should always be adventurous, interesting and fun. For this reason, he has dedicated the last couple of years in rebuilding his studio setup and now it is time to share the fruits of this expedition. "Groove Is In The Hertz" includes a selection of recordings, showcasing the perspective of GummiHz on minimal House and Techno.
We know that there are a big sought after the old tracks by our old artist Crinan and there are not many tracks from the period 95 - 98 that are not released... On this 12" Borft proudly present a gem heard by very few that has the same intense quality as for the tracks previously released by Borft in the 90's but this is 100% never before released.
SHAZZer Project created by Shazz and Jean-Marie K on their respective labels : Batignolles Square & Electronic Griot. These long-standing friends were left with an ambitious project to reissue Shazz's most outstanding titles over the past 25 years! The SHAZZer Project was born out of the desire of these two enthusiasts to help discover or rediscover Shazz's emblematic titles from his albums or F Communications releases remixed by big players of the electronic music scene. The "A" EP is composed of remixes by French rising stars Folamour & Tour-Maubourg as long as established artists such as Ian Pooley & Oliver Dolar. "SHAZZer Project" you're back from the future!
The first Bitterfeld Musik sampler featuring the three artists to have already released on the label: Leipzig’s Interviews, Consulate and Guy Contact from Perth, Australia. Label co-owner, Carmel appears for the first time.
Watergate favourites Gheist make their long-awaited label debut. There’s an auspicious connection between Gheist and Watergate; the Berlin four-piece played their very first live show at the club in 2017.
